Für Rechnungen steht innerhalb des Clusters ein hochparalleles Filesystem auf Basis von IBM GPFS zur Verfügung.
Unser Dateisystem besteht aus Speicherpools, die sich aus verschiedenen Plattentypen zusammensetzen.

Disks in storage pool: system 4.01 TB (SAS Disks) ----- Contains only system files.
Disks in storage pool: flashdata 132.16 TB (SSD Disks)
Disks in storage pool: hddata 1.05 PB (SAS Disks)
The „flashdata“ Pool consists of SSD hard drives that enable a high I/O rate.
Therefore, users should use the directory “/pfssmain/projetcs” assigned to this pool, store their input data there, and run their jobs with PBS.
