2. Export FIJI ROIs to OMERO

1. Connect to OMERO with the CAi toolbar (see Export OMERO image for instructions)

2. From an image loaded from OMERO, have your ROIs ready

3. Click on Result/ROI to OMERO in the CAi toolbar (or go to Plugins → OMERO → Save ROIs to OMERO)

4. Select "Image from current window" to upload only the ROI of the current image

→ Select "ROI" to upload the ROIs in the "ROI Manager"

→ Select "Measurements" together with a filename to upload measures from the FIJI Result window. It will be uploaded in the Attachments of your images on OMERO
