Inserting the Specimen holder into the Microscope

 1. Insert the specimen holder and close the sample chamber

2. Press "Airlock" and immediately turn the knob to the 3 o'clock position while pressing the red button on top of it

a. Press "Airlock"

b. Turn the knob to the 3'clock position

3. Wait for the two valves (V1, V2) to close

4. Completely insert specimen holder

5. Wait until the system reachs a vacuum of 10^-6 and switch on filament
