Prokaryotic genome fasta files and ptt tables (gene information files) + papers about lateral gene transfer in prokaryotes
Tha Bac_genomes.zip files contains 10 different prokaryotic genome sequences and the gene information tables (ptt).
Genome DNA sequences are stored in a fasta formated file named by the NCBI accession NR e.g. (NC_011138.fna).
The corresponding gene information table is stored in a file with same accession NR and the suffix .ptt.
