There are two sheets for tracking of stored consumables:

The general rule idea is thatyou can checkwhere certain things are stored , and that you adjust the numbers accordingly. So if you take something, deduct one. And if (in case of biochemistry) and adjust the numbers if you take something from storage. For the Chemistry Storage, everything can be found in the Cabinets in Nicks Office (26.32.00.62). Once you take something from either storage, deduct the according numbers in the Online Sheet. If you see the number in the consumables was not updated correctly/ someone forgot, then update the sheet as well., shortly ask around if someone has not put in their changes yet (some might make a note and change it later) and update the numbers accordingly.

The Storage Sheets will automatically mark Consumables that run low, which will then be reordered by the responsible group members. To make this easier, make sure that a supplier and order number are given in the according columns.

The Consumables Sheets have expandable parts holding additional Information like a basic Info section on how to use the sheet, an information window to explain how a 'pack' is defined and a column that if expanded can tell you whether something is also stored in the other part of the Group.
