There are two sheets for tracking of consumables:

The general rule is that you can check where certain things are stored, and that you adjust the numbers accordingly. 

So if you take something, deduct one. And if you see the number in the consumables was not updated correctly/ someone forgot, then update the sheet as well.

This way, we can ensure that we won't run out of much-needed essentials/ basics.
