To follow these instructions, you need to have the OMERO.insight installed on your computer (OMERO upload (OMERO.insight)) and the one of:

• CAi Toolbar (can be found within a whole FIJI package here FIJI_CAi-package_v5)
• Fiji OMERO plugin that you can download from here and simply put in your Fiji "jars" folder.

1a1. Connect to the OMERO server (CAi toolbar)

1b. Connect to the OMERO server (OMERO plugin)

In Fiji, go to: "Plugins" → "OMERO" → "Connect to OMERO"

2. This opens the OMERO.insight login page. Click on the settings icon to choose the OMERO server
