To follow these instructions, you need to have the OMERO.insight installed on your computer (OMERO upload) and the CAi Toolbar (can be found within a FIJI package here FIJI_CAi-package_v5)
1. Connect to the OMERO server
2. This opens the OMERO.insight login page. Click on the settings icon to choose the OMERO server
3. Add omero-cai.hhu.de to the server list with the + icon and click Apply to close this window
4. Enter your credentials to Login
5. Browse to the image you want to open in ImageJ, right-click on it, then "View" → "View in ImageJ"
6. For special import, select carefully the Bio-Formats parameters. Otherwise, just click OK
