Register yourself within 3 months of starting

your PhD by filling in the online registration form. The “Promotionsbüro” (PhD registration services) will then contact you with all relevant information.

You will be required to select a supervisor/ “Betreuer” and mentor (see below). You will have annual meetings with your supervisor and mentor, where you will discuss your project progress. These meetings need documentation via the provided forms. If you want to register as an iGRAD member, do not forget to choose the iGRAD version of the Supervision Agreement.

For PhD applicants, doctoral researches and PostDocs, iGRAD is a support service and graduate school that provides services (workshops, career services, scholarship information and counselling). Lena is an official iGRAD supervisor, but participation in the iGRAD scheme is not mandatory. For more information on iGRAD, choose the respective header that applies for you. Register as a member, and fill in the form for PhD students.
