ATTENTION: If you have already set up an eduroam connection on your device in the past, you should first delete the old profile (see Delete existing eduroam setup from WLAN configuration and profile configuration).
Schritt 1: Laden Sie im Google Play Store die "easyroam"-App herunter
Schritt 2: Starten Sie nun "easyroam" auf Ihrem Mobilgerät und wählen Sie die Anmeldemethode "Mit Browser anmelden" aus.
Step 2: Start "easyroam" and select "Mit Browser anmelden" ("Log in via browser") as your login method.
Schritt 3: Im Browser wird die Shibboleth-Anmeldemaske geöffnet. Melden Sie sich mit (1) Ihrer Uni-Kennung und (2) dem dazugehörigen Passwort an.
Sie erfahren folgend welche Informationen an den DFN-easyroam Dienst übermittelt werden. Klicken Sie um weiterzukommen auf "Aktzeptieren".
Step 3: In a browser window the Shibboleth login screen opens. Log in with (1) your university username and (2) the corresponding password.
You will then be informed which information is transmitted to the DFN-easyroam service. Click on "Accept" to continue.
Schritt 4: Klicken Sie auf der Startseite der Easyroam-App nun auf "Neues Profil installieren" und dann auf "Bestätigen", um mit der Installation des Profils fortzufahren.
Step 4: On the homepage of the Easyroam App click on "Neues Profil installieren" ("Install new profile") and then on "Bestätigen" ("Confirm") to continue the installation of the new profile.
Schritt 5: Klicken Sie zum Schluss auf "Zulassen", sodass Easyroam die Vebindung zu vorgeschlagenen WLANs automatisch einrichten kann.
Step 5: Finally, click on "Zulassen" ("Allow") so that Easyroam can automatically set up the connection to suggested WLANs.
