If you want to notify ZIM about spam and phishing emails you receive, or if you are unsure whether a message is spam or phishing, forward it as an EML file to cert@hhu.de or to helpdesk@hhu.de.
Leiten Sie Spam- und Phishing-Mails bitte möglichst immer aus den Online-Postfächern (Roundcube, OWA) heraus weiter, nicht über ein E-Mail-Programm! Nur so ist sichergestellt, dass alle nötigen Informationen in den Metadaten der Mail erhalten bleiben.
Leiten Sie E-Mails bitte unter keinen Umständen aus dem Microsoft Outlook-Programm heraus weiter! Outlook verändert die Metadaten leider immer so, dass diese für Analysezwecke der IT-Sicherheit unbrauchbar werden.
If possible, please forward spam and phishing emails from the online mailboxes (Roundcube, OWA), not from an email program! This is the only way to ensure that all necessary information is preserved in the email metadata.
Under no circumstances should you forward e-mails from the Microsoft Outlook program! Unfortunately, Outlook always changes the metadata in a way that makes it unusable for IT security analysis.

- Markieren Sie im Posteingang die betreffende Mail
- Gehen Sie auf Weiterleiten und wählen Sie dann Als Anhang weiterleiten aus
- Schicken Sie einfache Spamnachrichten bitte an spamreport@hhu.de und gefährlichere Phishing- oder Malware enthaltende Mails an cert@hhu.de
- Log in to the online mail portal https://roundcube.hhu.de
- Mark the relevant mail in the inbox
- Go to Forward and then select Forward as attachment.
- Please send simple spam messages to spamreport@hhu.de and more dangerous mails containing phishing or malware to cert@hhu.de

Sollten Sie eine Weiterleitung in einem Funktionspostfach einstellen möchten, so wechseln Sie zunächst über das Icon oben rechts → "weiteres Postfach öffnen" in das betreffende Funktionspostfach.
If you would like to set a forwarding in a functional mailbox, first switch to the relevant functional mailbox via the icon at the top right → “Open another mailbox...”.
- Melden Sie sich im Online-Mail-Portal https://exchange.hhu.de an
- Legen Sie mit Neu eine neue E-Mail an
- Schieben Sie die als Spam/Phishing verdächtigte Nachricht in diese neue E-Mail.
- Schicken Sie einfache Spamnachrichten bitte an spamreport@hhu.de und gefährlichere Phishing- oder Malware enthaltende Mails an cert@hhu.de
- Log in to the online mail portal https://exchange.hhu.de.
- Create a new e-mail with New.
- Drag and drop the suspected spam/phishing message into this new email.
- Please send simple spam messages to spamreport@hhu.de and more dangerous mails containing phishing or malware to cert@hhu.de
